GLOBAL SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT To ensure the fastest possible delivery, your order may be fulfilled from our main manufacturing facility in Zhejiang, China, or from one of our international fulfillment centers (including but not limited to warehouses in the US, Europe, or other regional hubs) depending on stock availability and your location.
- Customs & Duties: If your order is shipped from a domestic warehouse within your region, no import duties will apply. However, if the item is fulfilled from our international hub, it may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once the shipment reaches your country. SHAOXING CHANTY LIGHTING CO., LTD. is not responsible for these charges. They are the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. PRODUCT SAFETY & USAGE Chanty products are smart electronic lighting devices.
- Proper Use: You must use the provided charging cables and follow the voltage requirements specified in the manual.
- Liability: We are not liable for any damages, fire, or injuries resulting from improper usage, unauthorized disassembly, or use of incompatible charging equipment.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All designs, technology, and branding (Chanty) are the exclusive property of SHAOXING CHANTY LIGHTING CO., LTD. Any unauthorized reproduction of our sensor light designs or website content is strictly prohibited.
6. MODIFICATIONS TO PRICES Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
7. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from the use of this site or purchase of products shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, China.
